“Pearl at Jackson” is a sophisticated mountain urban development. This is a three-story mixed use building, with non-residential flexible space on the ground floor, and residential uses on the second and third floors. A below-grade parking structure is for residential units. The design and location fosters the sense of a vibrant urban village through the integration of living and working uses serve both residents and visitors.
This LEED SILVER project (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a unique building for an important corner of downtown Jackson which echoes the historical architectural vernacular while originating a new and sophisticated mountain silhouette. Amenities include being close proximity to the new parking garage, having Pearl Avenue and Jackson Street frontage, interior/exterior access points, and building security.
The developer’s intent is to be the first LEED certified mixed use building in the town of Jackson, with a goal of a silver rating. LEED strategies, including energy efficient systems, water efficiency, local and recycled materials, and waste management will be employed.
