North of Wilson is a popular spot! Quick and easy access to the park and Teton Village, yet close enough to the action of Jackson Hole makes North of WIlson a great spot! With angled Teton Views and Snake River and Teton Pass quick access, North of Wilson is a highly desirable spot.
Property values in this area of Jackson Hole hold their value due to the demand and lack of supply. Furthermore, with wandering wildlife and deeded open spaces, the North of Wilson area offers a peaceful and relaxing life with bike paths and hiking nearby. The elementary school in WIlson receives great scores primarily due to the drive of the students, the quality of the teachers, and the engagement of the parents.
Many older developments exist in the North of Wilson area, including John Dodge, Coyote Loop, Wilderness Drive, Aspens, and Teton Pines, as well as large ranches along Fish Creek Road. Free from major tourist attractions can make the North of Wilson area quite peaceful during the summer. During the winter, HWY 390 can get busy with skiers headed out to the village as it is basically a one-way road in the winter, ending at Teton Village.
